Ultra-relaxing reflexology treatments are offered in a delightful new treatment room at Browns Health & Safety in Lutterworth, helping people unwind with a complementary therapy which supports wellbeing and reduces symptoms of stress.
Suitable for people of all ages and lifestyles, reflexology works on the basis that reflex points on the feet correspond to the whole body. Skilful stimulation of these points helps the body relax and rebalance, aiding circulation, energy levels and natural healing.
Browns is a long established health & safety consultancy and training company offering support services to assist businesses to comply with their legal and moral obligations.
Reflexology treatments are being offered as a regular, stress-busting benefit to clients and their employees, but they are also available to any members of the public.
At Browns the treatments are given by Mandy Spurr, who holds the Level 5 Mastership qualification in reflexology, the highest level in the UK. She undertakes a confidential medical consultation at the first session, after which the treatments themselves last 50 to 60 minutes. Clients sit in a reclining chair with low level lighting and music. Taster sessions are available for those who wish to just try it out.
“Most people find the treatments deeply relaxing and calming,” says Mandy. “They can be used proactively as a way of promoting or maintaining wellbeing.”
