A thriving podiatry and chiropody practice, Contented Soles, has opened a new centre in Rugby, providing a full range of services to care for people’s feet.
The business has been running in Daventry for the past 15 years, but recently expanded into Bilton, Rugby, carrying out treatments from routine to complex. Contented Soles looks after common conditions such as hard skin, corns, calluses and verrucae. It also carries out diabetic assessments and bio-mechanical assessments to see how functions of the foot may be causing pain or discomfort in the legs, hips and back, perhaps prescribing orthotics and other remedies.
The clinic also offers laser therapy, nail surgery carried out under local anaesthetic and modern treatments such as injections to combat painful conditions.
Services include stocking a range of well made footwear such as the Josef Siebel, Rieker, D B Shoes and Waldlaufer brands, plus Joya shoes with inbuilt technology which may ease or help to prevent problems arising.
Run by fully qualified professionals registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Contented Soles takes clients from children to the very elderly and can arrange home visits or visits to residential centres as required. The friendly practitioners can also arrange private consultations on the premises.
The Bilton clinic is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
