If you’re suffering in silence and fear there is nowhere to turn to sort out your deepest anxieties, take heart. Pathfinding Therapy offers a way forward to resolve issues and work things out, even if they have bothered you for many years.
Pathfinding Therapy is the counselling practice of Andrea Headington, a clinically trained Person Centred Counsellor. Andrea works with a wide range of concerns but specialises in grief caused by bereavement or other losses, low self-esteem, anxiety and relationships especially couples counselling and troublesome sexual matters.
“Many people identify with these problems but just struggle on alone,” says Andrea. “Through counselling they can actually do something. They don’t have to leave it until they can’t cope or are in a crisis.”
Person Centred Counselling takes the approach that each client is the expert on themselves and their own lives and that within a counselling setting they can arrive at an altogether happier state of being. They can be themselves and talk through, honestly, what they are really feeling in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment which simply isn’t available in everyday relationships.
As a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, Andrea works within an ethical framework designed to foster the highest professional standards and the best outcomes for clients. For a free initial consultation call 07749 921431.
