If you’re looking for ways to improve your all-round health and enjoy some high quality ‘me time’, Michelle Nicholson Yoga is the place to start! Michelle’s classes work for just about everyone, including those who have never even stepped foot on a yoga mat before.
Michelle discovered yoga when she started training for a charity run in 2015 and quickly made it a focal point of her life. Now she is a fully qualified teacher who combines a variety of yoga styles such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga to create a total body and mind work-out.
The classes include not only working through the physical postures and sequences of yoga to improve flexibility, strength and control, but also an emphasis on meditational aspects of yoga, especially through breath work.
Michelle says: “Yoga is the perfect opportunity for us to press ‘pause’ in our sometimes overwhelming lives. It allows us to free up some mind space, realign our thoughts, adjust our focuses and get us ready to face the world again.
“Yoga really complements other forms of exercise too, such as running and cycling. Everyone can benefit from yoga.”
Classes are held in Stoney Stanton, Sapcote, Desford and Higham on the Hill. All equipment is provided and you can try your first class for just £1 by using code LIVINGYOGA
